3. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

Templates and Prep Packs are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution or resale of these materials is strictly prohibited under the Copyright Act of Canada.
